SoftStorms’  Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity about the information we collect and how we use it to provide a better social gaming experience. By accepting our Privacy Policy in registration or game installation, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at Email address. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

SoftStorms has been awarded TRUSTe’s Privacy Seal signifying that this Privacy Policy and the practices it describes have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information. TRUSTe’s mission, as an independent third party, is to advance online trust among consumers and organizations globally through its leading privacy trustmark (seal) and innovative trust solutions. If you have questions or complaints regarding our privacy policy or practices, please contact us as described in Section 14 (“Contact Us”). If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact TRUSTe here and submit a watchdog complaint. When submitting a watchdog complaint, please put www.softstorms.com as the website and note the game and/or feature within the details.

TRUSTe European Safe Harbor certification

The TRUSTe program only covers information that is collected through SoftStorms’ websites and applications (games), and does not cover information that may be collected through any software downloaded from SoftStorms websites.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and independent contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting notice of, and links to, the new Privacy Policy.
